Shipping charges are included in the price of all items.

Giftwala delivery network is responsible for most gift deliveries, however, some deliveries are outsourced via local couriers.

Before placing the order please make sure you have read the delivery destinations available for your ordered product(s) - this information is available from within the description pages of these products.

Please also make sure that you place your orders at least 2 working days in advance of your desired delivery date, if possible.

Enter your desired delivery date within the 'Delivery Date' field of the order form.

Please also note that due to the nature of these orders (Gift deliveries), order invoice will not be mailed with the gift(s). The invoice, however, will be emailed to the sender (Giftwala customer) of the gift(s).

Returns Policy

Giftwala will gladly replace a gift* with another selection or refund the credit card used for its purchase. However, please note that gifts will not be returned unless found to be damaged or defective upon receipt.

Just arrange with the recipient to have the gift repacked in its original packaging, if possible, and follow these simple steps:

Contact our customer service department (using the email address you used at the time of ordering) at the following email address: info@Giftwala.com.

Our customer service representative will email you your gift return code (GRC).

Have the recipient include the GRC in the following return shipping address:

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Giftwala will arrange for the pickup from the recipient’s address (the address where the gift was originally delivered). This pickup will be made at Giftwala’s expense.

*There may be some exceptions to the above rule and returns procedure due to the nature of the product being delivered. In this case please also make sure you read our product specific returns policy available within the description pages of such products.
