Payment Options
2CO, the authorized retailer for Giftwala, accepts American
Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
Ordering & Shipping Confirmations
After ordering, you will receive three email confirmations
from Giftwala. First, 2CO, our authorized retailer,
will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes
of ordering. Next, Giftwala.com will email you your
order invoice*. Lastly, you
will be notified when your order gets delivered (within
12 - 24 hrs after delivery is made).
*Considering the nature of
these orders (gift deliveries), invoice will not be
mailed to the recipient.
How to Order
We have tried our best to make ordering at Giftwala as quick and easy as possible. After you've browsed our gift collection or used Gift Search to find the perfect gift, checkout is even easier. When you've found your gift, click on the item name or image - this will take you to the item description page. Click the 'Add to Cart' button.
You will now find yourself on the Shopping Cart page. If you wish to add more items to your cart, click the 'Continue Shopping' button. When you are done shopping, click the 'Check Out' button.
There are two ways you can shop at Giftwala:
(i) Check Out without registering.
(ii) Create an account and then checkout.
(i) Check Out Without Registering:
If you are in a hurry then this is the option you should choose.
After you have added items to your shopping cart, clicking on the 'Check Out' button will take
you to a screen where you will have the option to check out without registering.
Clicking on the "Check Out Without Registering" button
will take you to a simple form where you will be asked
to enter your order details (billing information, shipping
information, gift message etc).
Entering and submitting all required information will
take you to 2CO's secure server, the authorized retailer
of goods and services provided by Giftwala.com. Here,
you will be asked to enter your credit card details.
Your order will be placed as soon as you enter this
information and click on the 'Complete Order Now' button
at the bottom of the page.
(ii) Create an account and then checkout:
If you have created an account at Giftwala and are not
logged in, you will have the opportunity to login from
the check out page (page you will reach after placing
the items in the shopping cart and clicking on the 'Check
Out' button). If you are already a registered customer,
enter your email address and password and click 'Login'.
If you are a new customer and would like to register,
you can do so by clicking on the 'New Registration'
button.
You will now find yourself on the "Billing Address' page. Here, you will be asked to enter your billing information. If you're a registered Giftwala customer, some of this information will appear automatically. After entering this information click the 'Next' button at the bottom of the page.
You will now need to enter your shipping information. After doing so, click on the 'Next' button.
The next screen will ask you to enter any personal message that you would like to go with the gift. You will also be asked to enter the delivery date and to choose your gift wrap paper.
On the following screen you will be able to review your total order for accuracy and make any last-minute changes (by pressing the back button of your browser). After you are satisfied with the order summary, you will need to click on the 'Finalize Order' button.
The next screen will bring you to 2CO's secure server,
the authorized retailer of goods and services provided
by Giftwala.com. Here, you will again be asked to enter
your billing information. If you're a registered Giftwala
customer, most of this information will appear automatically.
In this case you will only need to enter your credit
card details. After entering this information click
the 'Complete Order Now' button at the bottom of the
page.
The following screen will inform you that your credit card has been processed. We will take care of the rest.
